The aim of Dreaming Spirit Press is to get writers work seen by as many readers as possible.  After all, that is what we as writers want, isn’t?  To facilitate this, we put together ideas for anthologies, release a call for submissions and compile a collection.  Then we post them on Wattpad and / or on this site.  It’s that simple.

Anthologies are great for both readers and writers.  For writers, they get the opportunity to network with other writers and join in a fun project.  For readers, they get the chance to read the work of a variety of authors they might not have come across before.

It’s a labour of love, building a supportive community for writers and readers alike.  It’s supposed to be fun.  It’s supposed to be inspiring.  It’s supposed to help those who lack the confidence to submit their work to other, more mainstream venues, find the courage they need to realise their dream of being a writer..

This is what Dreaming Spirit Press is about.

As of January 2017

With our first year behind us, we can honestly say that things have gone much better than expected.  To date we have released two winter anthologies, a summer anthology, two issues of Whispers and Echoes and the first anthology in the Love Letters series.  And we have lots of new projects planned – the cool ideas and awesome titles just keep mounting up!.  Please keep checking back to see how things are progressing, and if you have any ideas, or if you would like to help in some way, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

A Non-Paying Market

Dreaming Spirit Press is a no-money market.  There are no fees to submit to us.  There are no payments for authors.  The books cost nothing to read.  We make no money.  You make no money.  The only currency we spend is time. (Remember, labour of love  )
